Welcome to CPL Rajasthan. By accessing this website, registering as a player or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register on your own. Players below 18 may register only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the minor’s participation and conduct.
2. Registration & Account
- All details you provide must be true, complete and up to date.
- Your mobile number is linked to your account. You are responsible for all activity done through it and for keeping your OTP confidential.
- One person may hold only one registration. Duplicate or fake registrations may be cancelled without notice.
- Registration does not guarantee selection in any team, match or auction.
3. Participation in CPL Events
- Players must follow the playing conditions, rules, schedules and instructions of the organisers, umpires and team officials.
- Decisions of the CPL organising committee, umpires and scorers are final and binding.
- Misconduct, abuse, cheating, violence, match fixing, use of banned substances or damage to property will lead to suspension or permanent ban.
- Any fees, if applicable for a season, will be announced separately and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Auction & Team Owners
Auctions are conducted under the rules announced for each season. Bids made by owners are final. The organisers may change auction rules, budgets, squad limits or schedules when required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: provide false information; attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the website; copy or scrape its content; upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material; or impersonate any person. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Content & Media Consent
By registering or participating, you allow CPL Rajasthan to use your name, photographs, videos and match statistics for the website, live streaming, social media and promotion of the league, without payment. You confirm that any photo or content you upload belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
7. Intellectual Property
The CPL Rajasthan name, logo, design, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to CPL Rajasthan. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.
8. Sponsors & Third Parties
Sponsor logos, advertisements and external links are provided for information. We are not responsible for the products, services or content of third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cricket is a physical sport and involves risk of injury. Participants play at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPL Rajasthan, its organisers and sponsors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from participation in events or use of the website, including interruptions, errors or delays in scores and data.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access or registration at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or acted against the interest of the league.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.
